The 100% Iberian acorn-fed shoulder with D.O.P. Señorío de Montanera is a unique piece, sculpted by knife during its artisanal shaping, and matured in natural drying rooms and cellars dug into rock. Its flavour and exquisiteness are a sensory pleasure at all levels. Black leg, intense purple-red lean meat nuanced with a pleasant infiltrated fat. Bacon melts on contact with the palate, leaving a velvety sensation in the mouth full of tasty and sweet nuances, with an aftertaste of acorn, of pasture, of tradition.
