Discover the exquisite 50% Iberian Cebo Ham, made from Iberian pigs raised on semi-extensive farms. These animals enjoy a natural diet based on aromatic herbs, cereals and legumes, which provide a high content of sodium, fibre and proteins, guaranteeing the highest quality in each piece.
Each ham has a stylised shape, with the characteristic black hoof and thin shank. Its external fat, with a soft and smooth texture, and the traditional "V" cut profile are symbols of its authenticity and care in its preparation.
The production process follows the centuries-old tradition in our natural wineries in Jabugo. Thanks to the artisanal technique of opening and closing windows, the pieces mature slowly with the passing of the seasons, acquiring a unique flavour and aroma that delight the most demanding palates.
The curing process lasts between 18 and 24 months, ensuring a perfect texture and an ideal balance between flavour and aroma. Perfect for those looking to enjoy an Iberian ham of incomparable quality, the result of dedication and respect for tradition.
