Discover the Cebo de Campo Iberian Pork Ham, made from Iberian pigs raised in freedom in the privileged pastures of the southwest of the peninsula. These pigs are fed with aromatic herbs and natural cereals, guaranteeing a unique and authentic flavour that distinguishes each piece.
Our production process follows the tradition of Jabugo, the birthplace of the best hams in the world. Each piece is carefully supervised by our master ham makers, who guarantee the highest quality and respect for traditional techniques. The hams mature in natural cellars, following the rhythm of the seasons, for a minimum curing period of 30 months to reach their optimum flavour and texture.
