Fisan's 50% Iberian Cebo de Campo Ham is made from free-range Iberian pigs, fed with natural feed and resources from the environment. With a minimum curing period of 28 months, each piece offers a smooth and aromatic flavour, with pink to purple-red lean meat and white-pink infiltrated fat. Available in whole pieces or hand-cut in packets of approximately 100 grams, it is ideal to enjoy on any occasion.
To fully appreciate its qualities, it is recommended to store it in a cool, dry place. In the case of the sliced product, it is advisable to leave it at room temperature for a few minutes before consumption, allowing it to unfold all its aroma and flavour.
